Produce X 101- Final Ranking

So, I was actually able to watch the entire finale. I'm still going to hold off on writing anything about the actual show portion of this episode until english subtitles are released. That being said the group name is X1. It's sweet and simple and basically sums up the premise of this season. Now onto the rankings. My current top 11 are:

1. Cho Seung Youn
2. Lee Han Gyul
3. Han Seung Woo
4. Keum Dong Hyun
5. Hwang Yun Seong
6. Kim Yo Han
7. Song Yu Vin
8. Song Hyung Jun
9. Son Dong Pyo
10. Nam Do Hyun
11. Lee Jin Hyuk

I know I already changed my list from literally yesterday. I honestly happy with whatever the final ranking is as long as Cho Seung Youn and Han Seung Woo get in. If Lee Han Gyul get in, that's an extra bonus. I truly wish that all of the guys could debut in X1, which obviously is not going to happen. Anyway, onto the official rankings.

1. Kim Yo Han

When they told us 1st place was down to Kim Woo Seok or Kim Yo Han, I was not surprised. I think saw that coming. It was basically a race between these two for 1st place this entire time. It was then announced that Kim Yo Han got center and I was so happy. He is so naturally talented, everything he tries ends up working well for him. He also has a great personality and humor as seen from his PR video. I am honestly so happy for him. When it comes to X1 itself, he could probably do any position he wants, but I really hope he goes for rapping, like I really like it when he raps. I can't wait to see him in this group.

2. Kim Woo Seok

Woo Seok is definitely very talented and really deserves the place he is in. He gave Yo Han a run for his money for 1st place, but it's great that he got 2nd and I am so happy that he is in this group. He has delivered amazing performance over and over again, I still totally love his performance in Love Shot. I am excited to see him in X1.

3. Han Seung Woo

I am so so psyched to see Seung Woo in this line up. He will definitely make an amazing leader and main vocalist. OMG I am so happy. He is so so talented and definitely deserves to be here. I am also so happy to see Song Don Pyo and Han Seung Woo together and can't wait to see them promote together.

4. Song Hyung Jun

When they said he was a leader, I honestly did not think of him right away, probably like a lot of other people. However, I am really happy for him. He really rose from the bottom to the top. I still remember him being the leader for the X Rank and just crying so much because it was really hard for him. But now we get to see him finally debut in X1. He really has proven himself on the show as an amazing dancer, and I am really so happy for him.

5. Cho Seung Youn

When they were calling this rank and said it was a main rapper I literally held my breath and had my fingers crossed for him. I am so so so so psyched to see him here. THIS IS MY BOI!!! OMG I am so overwhelmed with joy right now. I am literally smiling from ear to ear. I was so worried he wouldn't make it because he wasn't given a lot of screen time this episode, but he made it. HE MADE IT!!! He will definitely be a great mood maker for he group. His position, he could honestly be any position, he is so talented. I truly can't wait to see him promote in X1. I know he will KILL variety shows. OMG, I'm so happy, I really cannot even. (I know this is a grammatical mess. I am just too excited.)

6. Son Dong Pyo

OMG!! I was soooo worried he wouldn't make it because his rank has been decreasing, but I am so happy they finally rose back up. He definitely deserves to be here. I love his cute and bubbly personality and am so excited to see him in this line up. He was an amazing center and is so talented. I really hope that Seung Woo gets in this lineup too.

7. Lee Han Gyul

I am so psyched he got in. OMG. I honestly did not think he would get in, but he did and I am so psyched. I've seen him grow throughout the Unit and now through Produce X 101, and I am so excited to that he got in. He really did not get a lot of screen time until the Position Evaluation where he was center. It's really great to see him get a lot of love now (especially from the 20-30 old females, thank you). I am so so so excited to see him in X1.

8. Nam Do Hyun

Like Jun Ho, Do Hyun was one of those trainees that were really shy at first, but has really become more expressive as the show progressed. It was great to see him in the more recent episodes have fun with the trainees and scream (like a girl) and wiggle around. I think he will make a great addition to the group through being a rapper, which they probably will need.

9. Cha Jun Ho

I was honestly kind of shocked to see him make the group, but I'm really excited to see him as a part of X1. Like Min Hee, he didn't really stand out that much in the beginning, but has slowly started to show up more. It was great to see him step out of of his shell and express himself more throughout the show. It was great to see him grow close to Kim Yo Han and Lee Eunsang and I hope they can join them in the group.

10. Kang Min Hee

I was so psyched to hear his name called. His voice is absolutely gorgeous. In the beginning, he didn't really get a lot of screen time and flew under my radar, but since the concept battle he really has impressed me. I am so impressed with how hard he worked to get here and am so excited to see him as a part of X1.

11. Lee Eun Sang

I was so shocked Song Yu Vin wasn't even a candidate for 11th place. It turned out that Koo Jung Mo, Kim Min Kyu, Lee Jin Hyuk, and Lee Eun Sang were all up for 11th. Lee Eun Sang got the spot in the end. I am so proud for him. The professional applier applied for a job on this team and he got it. He's obviously very talented, taking positions as rapper and singer. I love his attitude towards everything too. He is eager to try new things and put himself out there, but he isn't salty if he doesn't get the position and seems truly happy and proud for whoever does. Anyway, he really deserves to be in this group and I can't wait to see him promote as a part of X1.

Overall, I really like the line up. I am shocked that Song Yu Vin and Lee Jin Hyuk did not make the final lineup, but I think that the lineup is really good. I feel like there is a good mix of vocalists and rappers, sexy types and cute types, and shy personalities and outgoing personalities. There are also many really close friendships that got in like Han Seung Woo and Son Dong Pyo's friendship, Cha Jun Ho, Lee Eun Sang, and Kim Yo Han's friendship, and Kim Yo Han and Cho Seung Youn's friendship. Anyway, I am super super psyched for X1. I can't wait to see what they come out with. For all the trainees that did not make the final line up, I hope that have another JBJ for them and I hope that they all are able to debut or have more success in the groups that they are in. So... Um... Yeah...

P.S. I decided against posting another post on the finale because watching basically 4 hours was already a tiring emotional roller coaster for me and I really didn't feel like watching it all over again. I'm sorry 😪

Sailor Moon- Jadeite

After a watching a video on Sailor Moon that was constantly on my recommended on YouTube, I was reminded with how much I loved this show. This, of course, led me to rewatch the entire show because wasting hours of my life for no reason is my favorite past time. I also found that I seriously lacked anime content so that led me to want to write about it. I was trying to figure out how writing this would work because there are a lot of episodes which means I'm not going to review Sailor Moon as a whole because I would forget the beginning by the time I got to the end. I also would not review every single episode because again there are a lot and since it's a superhero show there are a lot of "throw away" episodes. (This also lead me to want to create an "essential viewing" list, which would include only episodes that I think is important in regards to plot or character development.) The arcs themselves are quite large and are split into even smaller parts with ...

NCT Dream- Chewing Gum

Ok, so, another sub group of NCT, NCT Dream, came out Chewing Gum. This might be favorite single that NCT came out with. It's so bright, fun, and cute. Every time I see the video I break out into a smile. The story is pretty lighthearted, and it's very entertaining to watch. I absolutely love the bright colors that they use throughout the video. It really adds to the group's cute and bright theme. I found the video quite interesting to watch. They had a variety of different sets, including the ones made by the computer, and all of them were of bright colors. I also enjoyed the electronic made backgrounds for when the members had the closeups. Each person had a different animated background, so it was interesting to see what was behind them. I also kind of funny that they were using those hoverboard-thingies. (I have no idea what they're called, but I think it's a hoverboard?) The song is quite catchy, and I could probably listen to it over and over again for hou...

Astro- Baby

For those who might know, Astro is a somewhat new group under Fantagio that debuted in 2016. I have been fans of theirs since I watched To Be Continued, which is available on Netflix. 😉 (Check it out!) Sanha has to be my bias 💛, but Moon Bin is such a bias wrecker. 😖 I LOVE this song! It continues their fresh, sweet, and fun concept that they have kept since debut. However, this is less cutesy and right up my alley. It's smooth but still bright, which is absolutely perfect. It has that certain funk to it that is irresistible and insanely catchy. The reoccurring beat is sooo catchy and is great. The electric guitar at 2:43 is EPIC!! I'd have to say though that the ending has to be my favorite part. That beautiful harmony hits the spot, and is perfection. But, Sanha singing the 2nd chorus was really great as well (I really love his voice 💛) One thing I love about this video is how it's filmed in first person so it feels as if you are truly experiencing what's happ...
