Sailor Moon- Zoisite

I was going to do essential episodes like before but pretty much all of the Zoisite's episodes are important because we are at that point in the season where they are really getting the plot moving forward. So, I would recommend watching episodes 25-35. You might be able to get away with skipping an episode or 2 between episodes 28-32, but they all are kind of essential to understand what is happening from episode 33-35. So, yeah, I recommend watching all of Zoisite's episodes. Now, the rest of the post has spoilers, so that's your warning.

The basic premise of this section is that everyone is fighting each other for these 7 rainbow crystals. When you have all seven crystals, it makes the silver crystal, and that is supposed to be hella powerful. So from episode 25-31, we are finding a crystal every episode. And the Sailor Scouts don't even get all the crystals (I think they only get 1 or 2). Tuxedo Mask is also collecting the crystals because literally Sailor Moon in his dreams is telling him to (but he doesn't recognize that it is Sailor Moon). So, he gets some and the bad guys get some, it's kind of a mess. But I love that. I want it to be messy and for them to fight and scheme. It's just so good.

The Villain- Zoisite

I don't really have much to say about him. A lot of the time he's working with Kunzite and they are chasing very specific people, so I can't really say much about his scheming abilities, because he really doesn't come up with many plans. I feel like Kunzite is more of the brains of the operation. I will say that I am obsessed with Zoisite's obsession with beauty. Like his dying wish was to die beautifully, and that had me cracking up. I know it's so sad seeing him die in his lovers arms, but that is just too funny. I also love him flirting with everyone. I am pretty sure in episode 25, he blows a kiss to the claw game dude and I was here for it because, not gonna lie, he was pretty cute, so Zoisite has taste.

Talking about Zoisite's taste, we cannot talk about Zoisite without talking about his relationship with Kunzite. We love LGBTQ+ representation and I remember watching this for the first time and being kind of surprised that they had a gay couple in a 90s anime. I found it interesting that in this regard, Japan was more forward thinking than America, since I believe America made Zoisite a female, so they would be a heterosexual couple. We don't even see much of them as couple anyway, like we see Zoisite cuddle up to Kunzite and stuff, but since they are the bad guys and an already developed couple, we just see them do their jobs for the most part. I will say Zoisite's death scene was heartbreaking and seeing Kunzite clearly affected by his death in his part was really nice to see.

Best Episodes

Episode 30- I love any episode centering my girl Rei. This episode also introduces Yuuichirou, who I massively ship with Rei, so it's just a vibe. I know at this point she's dating Mamarou but her and Yuuichirou is just so cute. Anyway, in this episode, we find out that Rei's grandpa is a Youma and we have to essentially exorcise him. It's a pretty standard episode, I just really like it because of Yuuichirou and Rei.

Episode 31- I lowkey feel like I'm on crack watching this episode. It starts off strong with Luna getting rescued by a cat as if he was Tuxedo Mask. The fucking music and fish bone is everything. Then they have the plot twist of the Youma actually being the cat rather than the little girl. There's also Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Jupiter all crushed in an alleyway trying to do their special moves and speeches and physically can't, which is an absolute hilarious mess. We also have Zoisite with the rats, Usagi with the Sailor V cartridge, and that Rei and Yuuchirou moment. This episode is so fucking hilarious.

Episode 34- I remember going into this episode knowing that it was a very important episode, but I did not remember fucking Tuxedo Mask getting stabbed... Holy shit.... Yeah, so, shit really goes down this episode. Both of Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask's identities are revealed to each other. We find out that Sailor Moon is the princess (not gonna lie, even back when I watched it for the first time, I was not shocked by this because we all saw it coming from a mile away). But the drama, the action, the angst, everything is just so good. You just know that the next episode is gonna be absolutely bomb as well because Zoisite fucking stabbed Tuxedo Mask when he wasn't supposed to.

Anyway, this arc is so good, especially episodes 33-35. I have probably watched this show like 3-4 times and I'm still fully invested in those episodes. They are just so action and drama packed. It also answers so many mysteries that they were building throughout the series. So, yeah, I heavily recommend this section. Like always, I am super psyched for the next arc. We are nearing the end of the season so you know shit is going to go down. So... Um... Yeah...

Produce X 101- Final Ranking

So, I was actually able to watch the entire finale. I'm still going to hold off on writing anything about the actual show portion of this episode until english subtitles are released. That being said the group name is X1. It's sweet and simple and basically sums up the premise of this season. Now onto the rankings. My current top 11 are: 1. Cho Seung Youn 2. Lee Han Gyul 3. Han Seung Woo 4. Keum Dong Hyun 5. Hwang Yun Seong 6. Kim Yo Han 7. Song Yu Vin 8. Song Hyung Jun 9. Son Dong Pyo 10. Nam Do Hyun 11. Lee Jin Hyuk I know I already changed my list from literally yesterday. I honestly happy with whatever the final ranking is as long as Cho Seung Youn and Han Seung Woo get in. If Lee Han Gyul get in, that's an extra bonus. I truly wish that all of the guys could debut in X1, which obviously is not going to happen. Anyway, onto the official rankings. 1. Kim Yo Han When they told us 1st place was down to Kim Woo Seok or Kim Yo Han, I was not surprised. I th...

Produce X 101- Position Evaluation

I love position evaluation. I think it gives the rappers a chance to really shine when they usually have to showcase singing or dancing. It also gives us epic performances such as Shape of You and "Michoji" from Season 2. Either way it allows people to really showcase their talents. The introduction of the X position definitely added interest. I think it is definitely very important for the trainees to be able to both sing and dance at the same time or rap and dance at the same time, since that is what they are going to be doing as an idol. Vocal Position Twit by Hwasa I love how this song was not like the typical ballad type songs to showcase their singing. Their harmonies were amazing and I loved it. Lee Hyeop did really well and I think it was great that he was finally able to showcase his singing ability. Jeonghwa also really stood out with his strong voice and cool stage presence. The performance overall was very captivating and I was really impressed and liked...

Produce X 101- First Elimination

Agh, elimination. Definitely my least favorite episodes, because it is so sad to see trainees go home. I do really enjoy the little events they have in between that lighten the mood of the episode a bit, but overall it's really hard to see some the trainees you really like go home. Entrances I love the entrances and how they consist of inside jokes between the contestants and are just the trainees having a fun time. My favorite entrance would be C9's where Lee Jae Bin and Keum Dong Hyun are pretending to play baseball. Other entrances that I enjoyed were Astory Entertainment's Jeon Hyun Woo and Heo Jin Ho, Plan A (or is it Plan M now, I am so confused) Entertainment's Choi Byung Chan and Han Seung Woo, Brand New Music's Kim Si Hun, Yoon Jeong Hwan, Lee Eun Sang, and Hong Seong Jun, and JH1's Jun Euhara. Body Camp This is one of my favorite sections that this show does. It's really lighthearted and fun. When it came to checking if the trainees have a...
